Data Processing Agreement

This schedule forms part of the Terms of Service between Trendtyx (processor) and the Organiser (controller) for Attendee personal data.

1. Scope of processing

Trendtyx processes Attendee personal data only as instructed by the Organiser through their use of the platform, to generate ticket records, process the associated payment, display order and contact history back to the Organiser, and send campaign and sequence emails to Attendees.

Germany is within the European Economic Area, which the UK government recognises as providing an adequate level of data protection under UK GDPR — this transfer does not require additional safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Trendtyx sends transactional email — order confirmations, event-cancellation notices, and Organiser-initiated campaign and sequence emails to Contacts who have not unsubscribed — via its own mail server, part of the "Trendtyx server infrastructure" row above. No separate third-party email sub-processor is used. Trendtyx does not currently send SMS. This table will be updated if that changes.
