Reduced rates for eligible organisations
Registered charities, CICs and eligible not-for-profit and social-enterprise organisations can apply for a reduced Trendtyx per-ticket rate. Applications are reviewed by Trendtyx.

Per paid ticket. A standard-rate ticket priced under £5.00 is charged 29p instead, and a free ticket never carries a fee. Rates are never stacked — each ticket is charged whichever qualifying rate is lower, which for an approved organisation is always its own.

- PTAs, B Corps and social enterprises
Every accepted organisation type is reviewed against the same 25p rate — a PTA and a registered charity ask for, and receive, the same thing.
How review works
A Trendtyx admin reads every application by hand — there is no automatic approval. You upload a registration or incorporation document, which is stored privately and is not published anywhere. Your existing rate is unchanged until an application is approved.
On Pro the rate drops again — to 19p a ticket, or 10p once a reduced rate is approved. An approved rate is worth having on either plan.
